Bodyhealth TAI CHI can build a personal training programme based on the sport, the level and the need of the athlete and the coach.

 

Programmes can also be designed for teams or to meet specialist coaching needs.


Terence of Bodyhealth TAI CHI started his own elite journey at 11 with schools cross country running.Since 11 he has represented county, region and country in a number of sports including cross country, rugby, full contact fighting and Forms from both the Japanese and Chinese martial arts, lately gaining 2 golds in China at international level wushu.

Terence has been employed as a specialist in X-Training. He has also worked with junior international athletes and has coached at club and Ulster level.
