Tai Chi originates from China where it is practised by people from all walks of life and levels of ability. It is a form of exercise open to everyone. Tai chi is an exercise system that has its roots in Chinese culture and history, it is for health, fitness and martial arts, its circular, controlled and  theraputic movement make it at once powerful and beauitiful.

The Tai Chi Form comes in modern and traditional styles. Modern through the Chinese Wushu Association, CWA, and traditional from study with our Chinese Master.

Once learned it is used to promote health in body, mind, and spirit. It reduces stress, can be done by adults of any age, any time anywhere, from beginner to advanced levels.

Tai Chi skills can be developed by the student into an effective lifestyle programme,

martial art,

or sport.

Terence and Isabel are qualified by the CWA at 4th Duan/Dan and 3rd Duan levels respectively. Terence studies under Master Zhu 7th Duan who holds linages in Yang and Chen styles.
